Before applying, please read and review the detailed description of our farm, program and curriculum, available on our website, to make sure that our program offers what you’re looking for and that you’d be a good fit for our farm. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and strengths to offer in our internship program. But we feel the need to state clearly that we are a new operation on an old farm, and as such we don’t claim to have all the answers. We are looking for flexible and inquisitive folks who will understand that, at times, we’ll be learning right alongside you.
We encourage applicants that enjoy hard work, dedication and commitment to a task or responsibility, have a sense of humor and joy for life, and like to engage in and create community. We’re also are looking for people who are self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic, and willing to put this experience at the top of their priority list for the time that they are with us.
